Accident Management

The fault and non-fault accident management scheme we operate is outstanding. With a dedicated accident helpline we will take your details and all other relevant information within minutes. We can liaise with your insurance company and deal with the situation as quickly as possible and we’ll even pay £50 toward your excess fees!

Alternative Vehicle

We can arrange to have a like for like vehicle delivered to you as quickly as possible. In most cases we can have a replacement vehicle with you on the same day whether it be a car, a commercial vehicle, a Renault or even a Rolls Royce – nothing is too much trouble! When your vehicle has been fully repaired we will return it at a time that is convenient for you, fully valeted and collect the courtesy vehicle too.

Insurance Work – Fault accidents

If you have an accident that was not the fault of a third party our services are still available. We will collect your vehicle, contact your insurers and have the situation resolved as quickly as possible. The only difference is you pay the excess (minus our discount) to us when the repair has been completed.

Non Insurance work

We understand that at times, you may wish not to make a claim through your insurance. In cases like this we will be happy to provide a free-of-charge estimate and then the rest is up to you!
