In the event of an accident we’ll recover your vehicle and deliver a similar-sized replacement for you to use whilst we carry out your repairs to the highest standard.
If your vehicle cannot be repaired, you can keep your replacement vehicle until your settlement cheque arrives – we’ll organise that for you too, leaving you to get on with life while we manage your claim.

Vehicle Recovery
If your vehicle is damaged and unmoveable at the roadside – contact us and we will arrange free recovery.
Replacement Vehicle
We will provide you with a like for like (similar size and specification) replacement vehicle and we will deliver it to you as quickly as possible, in most cases on the same day.
Vehicle Repairs
Invicta Body Repairs are one of the few repair garages in the country which is with the BSI Kitemark BS10125 for vehicle damage repair. We are also members of the Vehicle Builders & Repairers Association and the National Body Repair Association. This means you can be guaranteed that your vehicle will be repaired to the highest standards.
Insurance Liaison
We will contact your insurance company on your behalf so that you don’t have. We’ll deal with all aspects of your insurance claim, leaving you to get on with life while we manage your claim.
Cost
If the accident was not your fault then all of our accident management services will be free – we will recover the costs from the other side. If the fault of a third party our services are still available the only difference is you pay the excess (minus our £50 discount) to us when the repair has been completed.
